week 2 recap
I'm feeling great! I got through my second "week" of my jogging program. Each week only includes three sessions, so I will hopefully progress pretty quickly now that I have time off from school. That way when school starts back up again I will take it back to three times/week, hopefully with no problem.
This next week will get a little tougher with longer periods of jogging...it might take me a couple of passes to get through it.
I backslid a little with the healthy eating this weekend. Not out of control, and I guess it's okay to indulge every once in a while.
Regardless, I am already noticing a difference in my tummy and legs! My first big comparison will be in just under two weeks, when I get all dressed up for a wedding.
